We recommend that you book as soon as you have your schedule or travel plans, up to 4 months in advance. This allows us to ensure availability and make proper arrangements to accommodate your pet's needs. While we strive to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Busy periods, such as holidays or weekends, tend to book up quickly, so we encourage you to reach out as soon as you know your desired dates.
We prioritize the well-being and happiness of your furry companion. During our standard three daily visits, we allocate a specific amount of time for each visit to ensure your pet's essential needs are met. This includes feeding, exercise, bathroom breaks, and any specific requirements you may have shared with us. However, we understand how important it is for your pet to get as much attention as possible while their owners are away. When our availability allows it, which it often does, we spend our extra time in your homes to give all the cuddles and belly rubs your pet wants. Our top priority is to give them the attention, love and companionship they need and are use to!
We understand unexpected can arise and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our abilities. We kindly request you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking.
We have a relaxed cancellation policy that allows for flexibility but we also want to ensure the smooth operation of the business and fairness to our staff.
For repeated cancellations with notice less that 24 hours, we appreciate your understanding that a cancellation fee of half of your booking may apply.

We strive to make the payment process and convenient as possible for our clients. We are currently accepting cash, check, Venmo and Zelle. We do have a credit card option that does have a 3% fee that we offer as well.
The owner, Ali, is Top Dog and does most of the services. But she can’t do it alone! During our busy seasons, the rest of the pack comes and helps out. Her husband, Trey, and her mother, Kathy, help open up availability for more pets and more playtime! You will ALWAYS know if someone other than Ali will be doing a visit beforehand.
Trey and Kathy are both canine and feline CPR certified and insured.
